- Investor Sergey Shenderov: What’s Hidden Behind the Scenes of Luxury Life
Sergey Shenderov the Founder of Mom. Life
Shenderov found an ideal way to accumulate more wealth on others without them realizing it. And what’s more, he chose an interesting target group for his scam. Mr. Shenderov understood well, probably while still living in Russia, what kind of construct is motherhood. He managed to figure out that it is a full-time job that keeps women at home and prevents them from pursuing careers. He also realized that after a few years of living lives that are completely centered around children, mothers become stressed and depressed. So he came up with a plan.
He created a platform called Mom. The life which is advertised as a so-called shared economy for mothers. The main idea here is to attract stay-at-home moms by giving them the notion of the possibility to earn money and grow their business. It looks okay at first glance, but when you scratch a bit under the surface, you see that it is the standard pyramid scheme. Women were asked to invest a little and promised to make a fortune by expending the network of their clients and alleged business partners. The only thing is that Sergey Shenderov and his partner Andrey Soloviev managed to find a way to make it legal.
